VSNBRD is a Telegram-based tool that allows users to save and organize creative inspiration. Uploaded content is categorized and stored via Telegram Cloud.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use VSNBRD lawfully and responsibly.
- Upload only content you own or have rights to share.
- Avoid spam, illegal activities, or harmful content.
- Respect others’ intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
4. Free and Paid Plans
VSNBRD offers both Free and Paid (“VSNBRD Pro”) tiers.Details on pricing, billing, and cancellation are displayed at checkout.All subscriptions are personal, non-transferable, and billed according to the plan terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All product design, branding, and software belong to VSNBRD or its licensors.Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute VSNBRD assets without written consent.
6. User Content
You retain full ownership of your uploaded content.By using VSNBRD, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process, tag, and display your content only within your account.We do not use or redistribute your content externally.
7. Data & Security
VSNBRD uses Telegram Cloud and secure databases to manage user data.While we use reasonable safeguards, no service is completely secure; you agree to use VSNBRD at your own risk.
8. Termination
You may delete your account anytime or request deletion via email.We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform’s integrity.
9. Limitation of Liability
VSNBRD is provided “as is” and “as available.”We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of VSNBRD after an update constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and any applicable executive regulations.Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
